PLEASE COMPLETE part 2 of the nomination form for you/your company; the following information is required, as JUDGING WILL BE BASED ONLY ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. Judges will assign a score (0-3) for each section. The more thorough, comprehensive and/or informative the application, the higher the potential points score.
Nomination Deadline: Wednesday, May 25th, 2016 by 4:30pm
PLEASE NOTE: The nominee will be judged on the information contained within this nomination. The Chamber staff will not request additional information to support the nomination, but do reserve the right to contact the nominee to verify facts.  Finalists will be announced in The Peterborough Examiner on Thursday, August 11th. Only the 3 finalists chosen for each category will be notified by the Chamber prior to this date (with the exception of the 4-Under-40 profiles and the Business Citizen of the Year who will be announced at the Awards Ceremony).
